The business need
What had to change
A steel mill needs to follow materials from arrival through production and dispatch while keeping its accounts in step. Separate records make it harder to trace stock changes, check balances and see who approved the work.
The solution
What we built
We built a shared operations system with linked stock records, production batches, sales documents and accounting entries. Each person sees the areas their role allows. The client is verifying the workflows before a production launch; the review environment is private.

Purchasing and stock
Goods receipts, purchase invoices, returns, warehouse transfers and stock adjustments record how materials enter, move through and leave the business.
Production tracking
Production batches, known as heats in a steel mill, connect material use to output. Production reports help the team review completed work.
Sales and dispatch
Sales orders, dispatch notes, gate passes, invoices and returns support the process from a customer order to goods leaving the site.
Accounts and cheques
Cash, bank and journal vouchers sit alongside customer and supplier ledgers, cheque tracking and daily closing. Financial reports include balances and outstanding payments.
Reports and documents
Stock history, order registers and daily reports help staff find the records they need. Permission-controlled exports and PDF documents support sharing with the right people.
Access and accountability
Roles, individual permissions, two-factor verification and session controls restrict access. A readable audit history records security events and business changes.
